But what is a glue dot?
Ever tried glue dots instead of wax? They are very sticky & work wonderfully for regular, AB & crystal drills without taking off iridescent coating or leaving a waxy coating on these specialty drills. Use your tweezers to push one dot into the tip of your pen. If you previously had wax in your pen, the glue dot may come out. If this happens be sure to clean out your pen tip with a bit of napkin/paper towel & alcohol (or standard cleaner) or even a glasses wipe to remove that invisible waxy coating left behind in the pen tip. Be very gentle pushing your glue dot in, using the tip of sharp tweezers, a paperclip or toothpick. The glue is VERY sticky so you will have to push it in, hold it down in place with one finger and push the dot in more. Once it is in, tap it on your hand or table to desensitize the initial (very) stickiness. You may have to do this several times. They are so worth it, it just takes a bit of patience to learn how to use them.
